Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal, processed securely via Stripe. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, our standard Returns & Exchange policy applies.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all states and territories in Australia and to New Zealand. We do not currently ship internationally outside these two countries.
Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. New Zealand orders take 7–14 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Information page.
Yes! Australian orders over A$100 receive free standard shipping. For orders under A$100, a flat rate of A$9.95 applies. New Zealand shipping is A$19.95 per order.
Returns & Sizing
We offer a 14-day returns policy on eligible items. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached. See our full Returns & Exchange page for details.
Absolutely. Check our detailed Size Guide for measurements by garment type. You're also welcome to contact us with your measurements and we'll recommend the right size for you.
Yes, custom stitching is available on select unstitched suits and lehenga sets. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your measurements and requirements.
