By accessing and using the RGR Collections website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
RGR Collections operates this website and sells Indian ethnic wear to customers in Australia and New Zealand. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where GST applies.
2. Account & Security
- You may register using an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In.
- For security, a one-time verification code (OTP) is required each time you log in. Codes are sent to your registered email or phone and expire within a short window.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
3. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the case of pricing errors.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
4. Pricing
We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Shipping
We deliver to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping rates are as follows:
- Australia: A$9.95 flat rate. Orders totalling A$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- New Zealand: A$19.95 flat rate. Free shipping does not apply to New Zealand orders.

6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a refund request, or email us at returns@rgrcollections.com.au. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for full terms and eligibility.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of RGR Collections and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGR Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased from us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
