14-Day Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Not have been washed, dry cleaned, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events.
- Accessories including jewellery sets and potli bags (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-stitched or altered garments.
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage.
How to Return

Contact us within 14 days
Email us at returns@rgrcollections.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Pack and post your item
Securely pack the item and send it to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked postage service — RGR Collections is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or we'll dispatch your exchange item.
